Training and Nutrition Through Menopause
The Menopause Method exists because so many of the women I train were telling me the same thing: what used to work does not work any more.
Perimenopause and menopause can change how you recover, how you sleep, how you feel in the gym and how your body responds to food. The usual answer is to train harder and eat less. In my experience it is far more often about training smarter and eating enough.
This programme puts strength training and sustainable nutrition together, built around where you are now rather than where you were ten years ago.

Built Around How You Feel Now
Strength work, eating enough protein and properly fuelling your training matter more at this stage of life, not less.
Feel Stronger
Strength work and eating enough protein.
Train Consistently
A plan built to flex with the harder weeks.
Eat Enough
Properly fuelling your training, your energy, your sleep and your recovery.
Some weeks will feel harder than others, and the plan is built to flex with that rather than leave you feeling like you have failed.

How the Method Works
- Start
We start with a free consultation. We talk through how you are feeling day to day, your training history, any injuries, how you are sleeping, and what your week realistically allows.
- Your plan
You then get a training programme built around strength and consistency, written out session by session, along with nutrition guidance focused on eating enough of the right things rather than cutting more out.
- Ongoing
We check in regularly and adjust as things change.
I am a coach rather than a medical professional, so anything clinical is a conversation for your GP, but the training and nutrition side is where I can really help.
